Strategic Plan
Please see the below two items. This plan was crafted by STJFD members and gives us a framework for moving our department forward in the next five years. Below, I will give you an overview of the two documents attached. Thank you to all of those members who contributed to the Strategic Plan.
- St. John’s Fire District Plan Final – This document gives the background and contains the main goals, mission, vision, and values of our department. It includes information from our community stakeholders and their feedback. The plan was derived off of the feedback from our stakeholders and the input of our members.
- St. John’s Fire District MIG Final – This is the Management and Implementation Guide. This document goes through each goal with associated objectives and tasks associated with the goal. This is more of the ‘meat and potatoes’ so to speak. It outlines each goal and the pathways for accomplishing the goal.
