Meet the Chief & Command Staff

Message from the Office of the Fire Chief

Welcome to St. John’s Fire District

A growing, vibrant, and diverse group of islands, rich in history that pre-dates the Revolutionary War. Known for its beautiful trees and beautiful beaches, it is an honor to serve the citizens of St. John’s response areas.

The women and men of St. John’s are what make this place special. Each brings unique backgrounds and skill sets. With that said, they provide an “all-hazards” type response. With our partners, we provide EMS services, fire response, and rescue services ranging from marine rescues to significant hurricanes.

Thank you for browsing our page. If you are a resident or simply visiting the area, please stop in our stations and learn more about your department. I can always be reached at r.kunitzer@stjfd.org.
